Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs

At Clubhouse- Ronkonkoma and Synergy Center in Riverhead, we offer individual and classroom-based experiences geared toward helping people to better manage the challenges of recovery and to choose, get or keep goals of work, education, health, housing, family or and/or social relationships and activities at your own pace. Employment & Career Services

Clubhouse of Suffolk's programs have helped hundreds of people to return to work and school in order to jump-start or resume their careers. Clubhouse-Ronkonkoma and Synergy Center provide a range of services to help people in recovery to overcome the impact of illness and disability that may have previously obstructed your career path. Learn more

Fees: Medicaid covers the costs of PROS program participation. Medicare, SSAs Ticket to Work, and sliding-scale fees also help to offset program fees as applicable.

Supportive Case Management

(Offered at Synergy Center in Riverhead)

Individualized, goal-directed casework services to help people with psychiatric disabilities negotiate the maze of government and private resources in order to obtain critical services such as mental health treatment, public entitlement program benefits, medical care, housing, financial assistance, employment, education, and other mainstream community linkages. We have special outreach case management programs for homeless as well as residents of adult homes.
